Membership packages are produced automatically and shipped on a regular basis to new Members who checked the box for receiving printed or physical materials.
If the package did not reach you or if you lost your card or certificate, please make sure your delivery address within your AO Trauma profile is valid and up to date, as this address is used to send the membership package. Once you have confirmed that the address is correct, please contact customer.support@aofoundation.org to request a new package.
